a very small town, it is a gateway to the Pike National Forest and the Rampart Range. Just
minutes west of Interstate I-25, most of the homes in the area are on acreage and have
mountain views. Many of the communities back up to the foothills. Homes with horse Sedalia is also home to the gated community of Castle Pines Subdivision with three golf courses including the Jack Nicholson signature course, which hosts the International Golf Tournament. Located just 7 minutes from Castle Rock, 15 minutes to the Denver tech Center, and 15 minutes from the new Park Meadows Shopping Mall, Sedalia is a small town with all the amenities just minutes away. |
